The transmission of trichomoniasis runs through sexual intercourse and is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. Neisseria gonorrhoeae are gram-negative motile bacteria and one of the most common sexually transferred diseases. In women N. gonorrhoeae can lead to severe symptoms such as infertility and abortion. In men N. gonorrhoeae can lead to painful urethritis.
